Fund LP Requirements
  • Must be an Accredited Investor
  • $250,000 minimum commitment called over 5 years

New LP Process
  • Complete the Fund Interest Questionnaire
  • Introductory meeting or call with Paige Soya, Managing Director
  • Complete Accredited Investor Verification
  • Complete subscription documents and transfer funds for 25% of commitment amount
